TLDR: Chrome users, install SN Utils OnPrem
If you see the message:
SN Utils does not run on the current page!
You likely try to open the normal SN Utils version on a domain other than service-now.com
If you have a ServiceNow instance running on a local IP address, localhost or custom URL, you need the OnPrem version. Please go to the homepage and find the OnPrem version (not available for Safari)
